Return and Refund Policy
How do I return an item?
You may exchange or return an item after obtaining a reference code from the Lov'edu head office within 7 days of delivery. To do so, please contact us by email at email@example.com.
Postage and Packaging will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
This does not include bespoke or items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, like earrings.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (Earrings must not be opened).
We do not accept any returns and refund requests once the 7 day period after delivery has ended; after this period, any such refund decisions are entirely at our discretion.
Lov'edu reserves the right to refuse the return of an item and make a refund.
Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged nor refunded.

How do I cancel a Transaction
You can cancel your order within the first 2 hours after receiving the confirmation email by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and informing us about your change of heart. After 2 hours you are welcome to email us however, if the order has been dispatched cancellations are no longer applicable and it would become a refund case (please read more about refunds above).
